On Saturday evening Żurrieq FC traveled to Luxol Stadium to play their second game from the BOV Third Division vs Ta Xbiex which ended a loss to the Reds.

Few changes were made in the first XI from last match. In the opening minutes of the match, Żurrieq dominated possession and went to created chances to create goals. However all chances were wasted. On the other hand however, the oppostion defended tight and did not let the Reds to penetrate. And it was Ta Xbiex that got the only goal of the game through Kyle Russell, to secure 3 vital points
